Salvation For All

For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.

Romans 5:10  NJKV

Reconciliation is between two parties that were at odds with each other, for reconciliation to be successful both parties have to agree. Thru Jesus, God is reconciling all created beings to himself, but currently he is only extending that invitation of reconciliation to those that he draws in this age

(John 6:44, 65)

For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died; 15 and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.

2 Corinthians 5:14-15  NKJV

Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, 19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.                                                                    2 Corinthians 5:18-19  NKJV

Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.           2 Corinthians 5:20  NKJV

Salvation belongs to the Lord. Your blessing is upon Your people.                 Psalm 3:8  NKJV

For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive.         1 Corinthians 15:22 NKJV

It is a fact, that due to Adam's sin, all born after him are born into sin and death. Just as in Adam all die, so also as in Christ all will live. Notice that with Adam all die, So what Paul is saying, everyone, every single person will die and with Christ every single person will live, not only physically, but also spiritually.

whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago.                                Acts 3:21 ESV

For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, 20 and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.                                    Colossians 1:19-20  NKJV

That is Almighty God's plan, to save every created being, even the fallen angels. God over comes evil with good. Remember Jesus saying:  he who has an ear let him hear. That time is now, God is calling his chosen saints, many will hear but few will actually listen.

Jesus said it in  Matthew 22:14 many are called, but few are chosen.

that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,                                                      Philippians 2:10  NKJV

Notice that it says that every knee should bow, when all is finished every knee will bow.

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!”                                                     John 1:29  NKJV

John points out that Jesus is the one who takes away the sin of the WHOLE world. Not Just those who believe in this age, in the end all will believe.

And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.                                                                                                        1 John 2:2  NKJV

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. 26 And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”                                                                                                John 11:25  NKJV

Jesus here is speaking of those that are God's elect saints, even tho they die, they will be resurrected when Jesus returns at the end of the 3 1/2 year tribulation. Then Jesus goes on to say that those who are still alive when he returns will never die.

Paul says the same thing here.  For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep.

16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.

17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.

                                                                                                                                                                          1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 NKJV

This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance. 10 For to this end we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe.                                                      1 Timothy 4:9-10   NKJV

So we see again that God is the savior of all men and it is through his son Jesus, not just some but all, but each in his own order. Paul goes on to say, ESPECIALLY of those who believe. So that is saying that it is for those who don't believe also. Although this saving of all unbelievers will not happen in this age, but it will happen in the ages that follow.

Unbelievers in the ages to come will also have to be taught the word of God and except Jesus as the savior that God did indeed send to save all his creation.

Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.

32 Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.                                                                                 Matthew 12:31-32  NKJV

We are currently in the age of grace, then follows the Millennial age and after that is the judgement age which will include a refining process for all unbelievers after judgement.

How can we know that Salvation for all is true? Since every sin will be forgiven men (Judgement age), then the false Eternal torment, false Eternal  annihilation or false Eternal separation, can not be true. For God will not be counting their sins against them. (2 Corinthians 5:19)

For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.                   1 Timothy 2:3-4   KJV

These scriptures are powerful, God will have all men to be saved. It is God's will, it is his plan for all men, both believers and unbelievers to be saved, of course unbelievers will be taught the truth and will have to accept the truth of the only true God Yahweh and of his son Jesus and the finished work on the cross. In this age, before Jesus returns, he will save the Elect saints.

As it says:  29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

31 And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

                                                                                                                                                                       Matthew 24:29-31   NKJV

So we know that only the elect saints will be saved during this age and the rest of mankind in the ages to come.

“But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire And like launderer's soap.

3 He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi, And purge them as gold and silver, That they may offer to the Lord
An offering in righteousness.                                                                           Malachi 3:2   NKJV

This also not only applies to Israel, but also to all who are resurrected in the 2nd resurrection. God will uphold scripture and save the unbelievers. Paul says: And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The Deliverer will come out of Zion, And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob; 27 For this is My covenant with them, When I take away their sins.”                                                              Romans 11:26   NKJV

The refining pot is for silver and the furnace for gold, But the Lord tests the hearts.                                                                                                                  Proverbs 17:3   NKJV

With a refiner's pot, metal is placed inside and heated until the impurities float to the top then they are skimmed off and tossed away. That is the same thing with the Lake of Fire, unbelievers will undergo refining, correction, teaching to have their impurities removed, their sinful nature(the "old man"), their unbelief.

Why doesn't Christianity discuss this? That is a good question, maybe because it destroys their doctrine of eternal hell, eternal destruction and eternal separation

Paul says all Israel will be saved, that includes those who denied Jesus as the Messiah, all those who disobeyed God from the exodus of Egypt down to Jesus appearance, even those who took part in Jesus death and to today.

So as the scriptures say, God really will save all mankind. Scriptures say the wicked/unbelievers will be cast into the lake of fire. Yes, this is correct, but the lake of fire is not a place of eternal torment or eternal destruction.

But as Malachi 3:2-3 says God will refine, he is going to chastise and teach the unbelievers about the finished work of the cross, the truth about Jesus and the one true God Yahweh.

The lake of fire which is symbolic, is the 2nd death, a place of destruction. What is destroyed in the lake of fire is the old man(man's sinful nature) the same thing the saints have to destroy(the old man) in this age. When those in the lake of fire destroy the old man(the 2nd death) then they are reborn.
